Reflection

One surprising takeaway of this project was how several users felt overwhelmed by the existing app’s features. Specifically, users will always lean towards a simplified and straightforward experience – especially when it comes to handling their finances.

Compared to competing apps that are eager to show multi-functionality in such a tiny mobile space. Users prefer each screen to act as a single-serving experience, with a quick way to cancel actions or go back to a previous step.
